Dear Friend,
It’s that time of year again — a time for reflection, to count our blessings and plan for the new year ahead.
As we take stock of what we’ve accomplished together this past year, it’s obvious our story is one of perseverance, determination and strength.
In California, 40,000 child care providers won collective bargaining rights, sparking the largest organizing campaign in the country.
According to a Gallup poll, union approval is at a near 50-year high of 64%, showing that people are recognizing the power of standing up together.
And we put worker-friendly elected officials in office this year through aggressive voter turnout efforts.

Happy holidays and have a wonderful new year,
