With just one month left until Election Day, our voting rights are under assault. Yesterday evening, the Delaware Supreme Court ruled our state’s new vote-by-mail and same-day registration are both unconstitutional.
This ruling is absolutely devastating, but now is the time to stand up and fight. Just a few weeks separate us from November’s make-or-break midterm elections, and making sure voters have the correct information is of the utmost importance.
Our team has dozens of organizers in every corner of Delaware, knocking on doors and making calls, but now we have to pick up the pace and do even more to make sure no voter is left behind.
