Our servicemembers vow to leave no soldier behind on the battlefield – and in return, we vow not to forget any veteran when they return home.

That’s why I have continually supported proposals that bolster funding for the VA, provide jobs and educational opportunities for veterans and support Gold Star families. I’ve had four pieces of veteran legislation signed into law, and it's all highlighted in my new ad, “Sacrifice.”

We can never fully repay those who serve in our military, and we have a duty to take action to ensure that our veterans get the services and support they need.

Under both Presidents Biden AND Trump, I worked across the aisle to get my legislation passed to support Gold Star families, increase mental health services and improve health care for veterans. My office was named the only Purple Heart office of Distinction in the entire Northeast because of our work to help veterans in the district navigate the Department of Veterans Affairs and other federal agencies.
