WASHINGTON POST: Democrats sound alarm about funding in battle for House majority

I was up early and read this front-page article and immediately wanted to share it with you. The concern is real – the momentum we had a few weeks ago has slowed and across the country (and especially here in California) our Frontline and Red to Blue races are being bombarded with brutal and distorted ads from Kevin McCarthy and the donors who want to see him (and Trump) back in power. I know we don’t need to match them dollar for dollar to win – but we can’t get drowned out either.

Today, I am adding fundraising once again to my “to-do” list – even with everything else on it. I am going to give more from my campaign and leadership fund. And I am asking my friends and supporters to dig deep and help me and us again. Now, perhaps more than ever over the last two years, we need it to make sure we stay competitive and we maintain the fighting chance we have to hold the House and Senate?
