John,

Imagine being forced to move to a new country, leaving the life you’ve built behind. This new country isn’t your home – you might not even know the language.
But you have no choice.

Dreamers are facing this threat – and Wednesday’s ruling by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals makes it all the more possible. DACA’s fate, and the fate of these Dreamers, will now face a final decision by a court that has previously ruled against its legality.

In other words, Dreamers can stay in the U.S. for now – but while DACA remains in legal limbo, their futures are still at risk.

John, Congress promised to keep families together. It’s up to us to hold our lawmakers accountable. [[link removed]]

Dreamers were brought here when they were children, their parents hoping to build a brighter future. Over the years, they’ve grown up and had kids of their own – over 300,000 born on American soil.

If DACA is repealed, these children could see one or both of their Dreamer parents deported.

Their family torn apart at the seams.

It’s past time for Congress to deliver the permanent protections that Dreamers and their families desperately need – and the majority of Americans want.

Send a message: our nation needs a just immigration system that protects Dreamers and their families. [[link removed]]

Thanks for being a voice for kids,
