JUSTICE SERVED. This week our affiliate office in Pakistan achieved a huge victory for a Christian girl and her family.

A Pakistani court sentenced a Muslim man to life imprisonment for raping a nine-year-old Christian girl – a crime that many times goes unpunished when the victim is a religious minority.

Nothing will ever truly heal her torment, but we are grateful to know that Pakistan's justice system made the right decision to imprison her tormentor for life.

There is a pandemic of antisemitism festering across college and university campuses.

Campus groups are demanding Jewish students denounce Israel and/or Judaism, or are excluding Jews altogether. Jewish students and faculty suffer bullying and abuse in class and out, including threats of violence – and increasingly, actual violence.

We're representing a Jewish professor in New York who suffered antisemitic abuse from his university employer.

Now the school has placed a former director of a known antisemitic, anti-Israel organization in charge of its investigation into this antisemitic discrimination. To call it a conflict of interest is a gross understatement.

The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals JUST threw out Planned Parenthood's lawsuit, vacating an injunction that had been blocking a pro-life law. The ACLJ represented South Dakota and Governor Noem in this case. Now the law can go into effect.
