In January, dozens of new conservative members of the House and Senate are
going to come to Washington with targets on their backs.

turn America First candidates into Swamp creatures. Wolves will pose as
shepherds, offering guidance and friendship. They’ll offer fundraising help,
hiring advice, and the “right connections.”


CPI’s Staffing and Training Services department is the antidote to this

Our team of principled, savvy Hill veterans will be there for newly elected
conservative members every step of the way: from their election to their
swearing-in and beyond.


CPI’s training courses are the most rigorous and sought-after in Washington.
We teach staff what party leaders don’t want them to know: the intricacies of
policy, legislative and communications strategy, and also how to use House and
Senate rules to fight back against the Establishment. We work hand-in-glove
with new members and chiefs of staff to hire their teams – from gathering
resumes to interviewing to final decisions.
