Yesterday, America First Legal sued fourteen federal agencies for actively concealing their “Strategic Plans” for advancing the Biden Administration’s unprecedented program of planned federal government interference in our elections.
This full barrage of lawsuits is one of our most important legal actions ever.
President Biden’s Executive Order 14019 contained instructions for the creation of strategic plans that could easily enable fraudulent election activity, including bulk distribution of vote-by-mail ballot applications, and federal government access to state voting systems…
Unless we expose and stop these obviously nefarious plans now, we’re certain that the Biden Administration will use the full power of the federal government to contravene election laws for their own political benefit once again- this time with nearly every agency working together in a coordinated attack on fair elections.
