Greetings!

I wanted to take a moment to share with you a recap on what happened this week in Texas' 22nd District and the United States House of Representatives.
This Week in TX-22
Rep. Troy E. Nehls Meets with Cub Scouts from Katy
This week, I had the honor to meet with Cub Scouts from Katy, part of Pack 1836, Den 11, Arrow of Light (AOL). I spoke with them about respecting our nation's flag and what it means to be a leader. I was able to give them a tour of my district office, play government bingo, and watch the Cubs earn the Building a Better World badge. I know they will continue to serve our community, and I'm proud of all of them.
Rep. Troy E. Nehls hosts a Medicare/Social Security Seminar
Toni King came to speak on the updates to Medicare, how to enroll correctly, and the different parts of the Medicare system. My casework team then provided more information on Social Security and how my office will help with issues related to Medicare and Social Security. If you are in need of help navigating the Medicare system, please visit my website, or call my office at (346) 762-6600.

Casework Highlight: Department of State: U.S. Passports
Is your family in the early stages of planning your 2023 summer vacation? Do you have plans to travel out of the country during the 2022 holiday season? Do you know which countries require a US Passport to have more than 6 months validity to enter? September is passport awareness month and is the best time to apply for the first time or renew your passport.

For general questions, please visit the Department of State’s website for more information. If you need assistance with urgent travel or an out of processing time application, please fill out this release form on my website. My casework team will reach out within the next business day. For any other questions, please call my district office at 346-762-6600.
