The Week in Review
Happy Friday!
I hope everyone had a great week. Read below to see what I’ve been working on this week!
Meetings with Arizona Veterans
This week, I had the opportunity to meet with Arizona veterans at the Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park as well as VFW Apache Junction.
I’m grateful for the sacrifice and service of these American heroes and will continue to ensure that they receive the care and recognition they rightfully deserve.

Letters and Legislation
Letters cosigned

Letter urging President Biden to reject California’s forthcoming Clean Air Act waiver related to the state’s new electric vehicle mandate.
Letter to the Bureau of Indian Affairs demanding answers regarding BIA’s failure to notify Pinal County stakeholders about a recent excess water release from the San Carlos Reservoir.
My America First Contract
America has had enough of the disastrous leftist policies of the Biden Administration. Our nation is in desperate need of a new action plan for Republicans to follow in January.
My America First Contract is an outline to reduce inflation and strengthen the economy, secure our border, restore transparency and parental choice in education, reduce violent crime and preserve the rule of law, restore election integrity, break up Big Tech, put America First in foreign, energy, and trade policies, and reinstate good government practices.
In addition to achieving these 8 goals, the plan calls on conducting enhanced oversight and using available leverages to stop the abuse of power from President Biden in 2023. I will introduce legislation supporting each area of the plan within the first 100 days of the next Congressional term and will work with my colleagues to bring that legislation up for consideration in the House.
The full contract may be read here.

Top Tweets of the Week
Alien Invasion Border Documentary
Last week, I released my new border documentary titled Alien Invasion. The 30-minute documentary features footage from private ranches along the border, the Darien Gap in Panama, and interviews with members of Congress, Border Patrol, local and state law enforcement, and much more. It addresses how President Biden’s border crisis began, its consequences, and solutions to address the crisis.
The border documentary may be watched here.
Constituent Victories of the Week
A constituent contacted my office after losing her new passport right before a trip. After my inquiry to the National Passport Center, the application for a replacement was quickly completed and the constituent was able to receive her passport before her trip.
A veteran constituent contacted my office after his inability to obtain his military file from the National Personnel Records Center (NPRC) for two years. After my inquiry, he was able to obtain these records with a quick turnaround.
Please contact my district office at (480) 699-8239 to inquire more about my constituent services. We are always happy to help!
Definition of the Week
In an effort to lower gas prices, the Biden Administration has depleted our Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) to all-time lows and eased sanctions on communist Venezuela to get its dirty oil.
The SPR is not meant to bail out his administration’s failed economic and energy policies nor should the administration be cozying up to our adversaries for energy.
The United States boasts robust domestic energy resources and must become energy independent. Unfortunately, the Biden Administration does not wish to acknowledge this reality.
Inspired by the Biden Administration's reckless energy approach, here’s the definition of the week:
Biden energy policies (Noun): Reduction in American energy production and an increase in begging our foreign adversaries for assistance.
