Fellow Conservative:

Like you, we also have high hopes for November. But as you know, conservatives need to be thinking past the mid-terms, too.
That's where CPI comes in.
In January, dozens of new conservative members of the House and Senate are going to come to Washington with targets on their backs.
Establishment leaders, lobbyists, and Beltway insiders will all get to work to turn America First candidates into Swamp creatures. Wolves will pose as shepherds, offering guidance and friendship. They'll offer fundraising help, hiring advice, and the "right connections."
CPI's Staffing and Training Services department is the antidote to this political poison.
Our team of principled, savvy Hill veterans will be there for newly elected conservative members every step of the way: from their election to their swearing-in and beyond.
CPI's training courses are the most rigorous and sought-after in Washington. We teach staff what party leaders don't want them to know: the intricacies of policy, legislative and communications strategy, and also how to use House and Senate rules to fight back against the
Establishment. We work hand-in-glove with new members and chiefs of staff to hire their teams - from gathering resumes to interviewing to final decisions.
Please help us ramp up our staffing preparations with a tax-deductible gift to CPI today!
As 2021 freshman Rep. Byron Donalds (FL) said:
"They didn't just send me some resumes of potential staff members and wish me well. You have to understand: CPI interviews and vets young conservatives all year round to identify and then recommend the best, smartest, and toughest staff."

We are changing the way conservative Representatives and Senators work - honing, coordinating, amplifying. Many members now send their entire staff over to CPI for training retreats.
And we know that this year, CPI's Staffing and Training Services will be more important than ever. The new Congress will have more anti-establishment conservative freshman members. The hundreds of staffers that get hired in personal and committee offices will help determine the
trajectory of Congress for a generation.
With your help, CPI will be ready.
We have increased the size and scope of our operations to meet the growing demand. We are redoubling our training, recruitment, and vetting work so that the most conservative freshman class of new members in history will also be the best prepared. With your help, we will
keep working, keep teaching, and keep partnering with conservatives in Washington and across the country. America's emerging conservative leadership, when it comes to Washington next year, will have a home and a headquarters at the Conservative Partnership Institute.
Thank you for considering this request and for doing so much to help fight for the principles of freedom that make America great.

Sincerely,

Jim DeMintCPI Chairman
