Have you had enough?
Washington is recklessly spending. Inflation is skyrocketing. Energy prices
are through the roof and news reports this week forecast record-high heating
prices this winter in northern Minnesota.
Single-party control in Washington has led to wasteful spending of trillions
of taxpayer dollars leading to record-high inflation and an increased cost of
living that Minnesotans can’t afford. Rather than provide a blank check,
Congress must provide checks and balances to Joe Biden’s failed economic and
energy policies.
If we win the majority in Congress, we will hold Biden accountable, stop
reckless spending, and promote domestic energy production creating more
American jobs and making energy prices affordable once again.

Bernie Sanders Visits Northland, Attacks Our Way of Life
Self-proclaimed socialist Bernie Sanders made a campaign visit in our neck of
the woods yesterday while he stumped for Democrats up and down the ballot in
Minnesota, including Attorney General Keith Ellison. As Minnesota’s AG, Ellison
has been a failure by any measurement or standard. Radical and extreme, Ellison
not long ago demanded to defund our police and repeatedly supports lessening
penalties on violent criminals and sending them back to the streets where they
can do more harm. Violent crime has skyrocketed under Ellison and Tim Walz’s
watch. We need an AG who will stand with our law enforcement and put an end to
the defund nonsense that is killing police recruiting, damaging morale, and
weakening our public safety. In November, please join me in voting for Jim
Schultz for Attorney General. Let’s make Minnesota safe again!

Tomorrow is our next “Super Saturday” Get Out the Vote effort door knocking
and lit dropping across the 8th congressional district. I look forward to
participating with Senate District 33 in Forest Lake and Hugo tomorrow morning
where I’ll be joining Sen. Karin Housley and House candidate Pat Anderson from

It’s worth repeating: the 8th congressional district is among the largest by
area in the country so when I travel to the far corners of the “Great 8” I want
