John, we’re
heading on the road!
Today, we’re launching our Defend the Majority tour ahead of the midterm
elections, a nationwide effort to preserve our majority in the House.
As part of the tour, I’ll be visiting states all over the country to help
turn out the vote, elect Democratic candidates, and defend the Democratic
majority. I am looking forward to talking to people about all that we’ve
accomplished these last two years and why they need to make their voices
heard at the ballot box.
This is just the beginning of our tour, and we’re going to be covering a
lot of ground throughout October. [ [link removed] ]In order to maintain our momentum and
make sure we can connect with as many voters as possible across the
country, we’ll need a lot of resources. That’s why I’m coming to you today
to ask: will you donate to support the tour today?

There has never been a more crucial moment in time for our country and our
democracy. While Republicans continue to prop up the Big Lie and set their
sights on gutting Social Security, Medicare, and access to safe and legal
abortion, Democrats continue to champion an actual vision for governing,
one rooted in lifting up our working families.
The midterm elections will be one of the most consequential elections for
our country. I’m honored to be helping so many of our great candidates in
their fight to protect our right to choose, guarantee universal
healthcare, and safeguard free and fair elections.

our tour as we travel across the country to protect our majority?
Thank you for your support,
Pramila Jayapal
