October 6, 2022?- 70000-1756-TK-22/70108-28-TK-22 (Record No. 17171)?- The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) hereby gives notice that Qwest Corporation d/b/a CenturyLink QC has made a contract filing requesting approval of its Unbundled Network Elements Forbearance Amendment to its Interconnection Agreement with Granite Telecommunication, LLC for the State of Wyoming, and requests Commission approval pursuant to the provisions of 47 U.S.C. ? 252(e)(1) of the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996. On July 12, 2019, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released Order FCC 19-66, a Report and Order on Remand and Memorandum Opinion and Order in WC Docket Nos. 18-141, et al (the ?UNE Transport Order?) which became effective upon release. On August 2, 2019, the FCC released Order FCC 19-72, a Memorandum Opinion and Order in WC Docket No. 18-141 (the ?UNE Analog Loop and Resale Forbearance Order?) which became effective upon release (together, with the UNE Transport Order, collective referred to as the Forbearance Orders). The Amendment adds terms and conditions for Unbundled Networks Elements (UNEs) in compliance with the FCC?s Forbearance Orders.

October 6, 2022?- 7000-1757-TK-22/70108-29-TK-22 (Record No. 17172)?- Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) hereby gives notice that Qwest Corporation d/b/a CenturyLink QC (CenturyLink QC) has made a filing of its amended Intercoimection Agreement with Granite Telecommunication, LLC, for the State of Wyoming, and requests Commission approval pursuant to the provisions of 47 U.S.C. ? 252(e)(l) of the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996. The parties' amendment adds terms and conditions for Unbundled Network Elements to comply with the Federal Communications Commission's Order FCC 20-152, issued in WC Docket 19-308, for "Modernizing Unbundling and Resale Requirements in an Era ofNext-Generation Networks and Services."
