Dude, it's 2022! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, it is time to legalize cannabis in America. 

Yesterday, President Biden took steps to pardon anyone with a federal marijuana charge and called for a review of federal law on how marijuana is classified.

I firmly support President Biden’s steps towards decriminalization. As the next US Senator for Indiana, I will use my position to ensure that marijuana usage is legal in all 50 states and decriminalized at every level. 

Across America, millions of Americans use marijuana to help in the treatment of epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, seizures, Crohn’s disease, Alzheimer’s and cancer. That’s why 37 states, the District of Columbia, and several U.S. territories have legalized it for medical use, including three states that border Indiana (Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois). 

It’s time the federal government recognizes that marijuana should be legal and as a U.S. Senator, I will fight to ensure it. John –– will you chip in $100, $50, $25, $10, or even $4.20 today to help elect a pro-cannabis candidate?
