Child Exploitation Unit investigators executed a search warrant in San Antonio, where several electronic devices were seized and will be submitted to the Digital Forensics Unit for examination. During a recorded interview, Clark confessed to owning and utilizing the reported social media account and to possessing and viewing child pornography. This case was received as a National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline report involving the upload of images of child pornography to a social media platform.?

In Bexar County, James Burkey, a confirmed Tango Orejon gang member, was arrested on September 21 for violating the terms of his parole by incurring a new charge of felony fraud. Burkey was previously convicted of possession of a controlled substance and sentenced to six years in prison. The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force out of San Antonio assisted with this arrest.???

In Bexar County, Nicanor Garcia, a confirmed Mexican Mafia gang member, was arrested on September 16 for violating the terms of his parole by failing to report. Garcia was previously convicted of possession of a controlled substance and evading arrest/detention using a vehicle, for which he was sentenced to five years and two years in prison, respectively. Garcia actively resisted arrest and a subsequent charge of evading arrest/detection has been filed.??
