An Attorney General defending our rights
Confused about our state’s conflicting abortion bans? So are the clinicians, nurses, and pharmacists that provide healthcare to their patients. Governor Ducey and our current Attorney General are at odds as to which ban to enforce: a Civil War-era total ban that allows for mandatory imprisonment of doctors, or the 15 week abortion ban that passed on majority party lines this session. If our state’s top leaders aren’t in agreement, how are healthcare providers supposed to continue to deliver the care they swore an oath to?
