California is the latest state to adopt STOP THE BLEED® legislation.

Governor Gavin Newsome signed legislation on September 27, 2022 requiring schools AND businesses to train and equip themselves to be ready for a bleeding emergency.

What does this mean? For starters, it means that the two most populous states in the country have enacted STOP THE BLEED® legislation (Texas is the other one). For California schools, businesses and residents, it’s a call to action to become prepared to handle a bleeding emergency.
