Sometimes it’s worth stepping back and reminding ourselves why we do what we do.

Here are some recent examples of the voters we’ve empowered and the lives we’ve changed via our free ID help.

*After receiving a letter with voter ID information that was sent to him by a VoteRiders volunteer, Georgia voter Keith contacted VoteRiders to get the process started. He brought that letter with him to the Department of Driver Services office and received his ID, all in time to vote early in the state’s primary election.
*A trans citizen in Michigan experienced apparent bias in her attempt to obtain her name change and ID until a VoteRiders organizer intervened, secured the needed appointments, and made sure she obtained the fingerprints needed for her name change and identification.
*VoteRiders helped Florida resident Dolly obtain the ID that she needed both for voting and for a life-saving medical treatment.
*VoteRiders’ staff and trained volunteers in Arizona provide tailored help to voters such as Stephen and Mary Beth, who are visually impaired and previously struggled to obtain a state ID and cast a ballot.

These voters needed VoteRiders to secure their right to vote, and VoteRiders needs you in order to keep helping more and more voters like Keith and Dolly.
