| Five years ago, Whitehall resident Scott Hirsh was killed by a distracted driver while he was changing a tire on the side of the highway.
I was extremely proud to stand with Scott’s family for the official renaming of the Scott F. Hirsh Memorial Interchange on Wednesday afternoon at the Camp Horne Interchange on I-279. The Hirsh family’s advocacy was a major reason why the Move Over Pennsylvania law was improved to protect motorists on the side of the road.

| Scott's legacy will continue to save lives across the Commonwealth every day, just as he did in life as a registered nurse.

| RETURNING TO MY ALMA MATER
|
| Earlier this week, I was invited to speak at my collegiate alma mater Washington & Jefferson College’s Center for Energy Policy & Management symposium about developing a hydrogen hub in Western Pennsylvania.
It was nice to be back on campus, which is beautiful as ever!

| I recently had a chance to sit down with the Bhutanese Community Association of Pittsburgh (BCAP) alongside Rep. Jessica Benham to discuss the needs of local business owners and how state government can be better to serve entrepreneurs and small businesses in our area.
