If credit card agencies are going to violate Americans’ privacy and encroach upon their Second Amendment rights, they shouldn’t receive perks from the U.S. government!
That’s why I recently introduced legislation that would prohibit credit card companies from receiving government contracts with the GSA SmartPay Program if they are adding trackable codes to firearm purchases made by law-abiding gun owners.
Companies such as Visa, American Express, and Mastercard are now weaponizing their financial systems to erode our Second and Fourth Amendment rights, and such violations of our Constitution must be stopped!

Anti-gun activists and Radical Left politicians like Senator Elizabeth Warren have bullied banks and credit card companies to implement such measures, and now they all need a civics lesson reminding them that Americans’ Constitutional rights and freedoms - Shall Not Be Infringed!
Such violations of our sacred rights raise significant concerns about how this information will be used against law-abiding citizens. So I’m blowing the whistle and throwing down a flag to intervene!
