Back in the Navy, you did a lot of work before a big mission.  

You knew your job front and back. You trusted your leaders. You could count on your team. 

Tonight, I've got a debate. I'm ready to do my part. But before I take the stage, I need to know you have my back.  

Here’s why: This is one of the last opportunities I have to make my case directly to Arizona before early voting begins.

Team, we’ve missed our goals a few months in a row now — and that’s started hitting our plans to reach voters across Arizona.  

So, if we have a big day of fundraising and reach our goals we can double down, hit the airwaves and get our message out.  

But if we don’t, we could fall behind in this critical final stretch. And polls are showing this race as close as 1 point lately.  

I know you won’t let that happen, team.
