New York’s law was passed as an attempt to find loopholes to circumvent the
Supreme Court’sBruen decision from earlier this year that reaffirmed your
God-given right to keep and bear arms.


The law virtually puts the ENTIRE state off limits to concealed carry permit
holders.


Here are the provisions of the law that are blocked under the temporary
restraining order secured by Gun Owners Foundation:


• Requiring businesses to openly state they ALLOW concealed carry
• Disclosing one’s social media accounts for review
• Prohibitions on carrying in most so-called “sensitive places,” including
doctor’s offices, Times Square, restaurants and places of entertainment, and on
public transportation
• In-person interviews with law enforcement


But the lawyers representing New York now have THREE DAYS to appeal this
ruling to a higher court.


That’s why it’s crucial that we start marshaling the resources to prepare for
an appeal right now.

Amendment, anti-gun mayors and governors all across the nation will believe
they have free rein to follow suit.


New York has effectively turned its entire state into one giant Gun Free Zone
