Exploring Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization
Dear John,
This summer, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade (1973) in its Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization (2022) decision. The case saw the Court again take up the question of whether the Constitution confers a right to have an abortion.

Students are going to be eager to discuss and ask questions about the Dobbs decision&mdash;and the Bill of Rights Institute is here to help. We have developed a
