Folks, I’ve been fed up for quite a while.

Fed up with the right to vote constantly coming under threat.

Fed up with Republicans threatening to undo our democracy when elections don’t go their way.

Fed up with our fundamental rights taking second place to political interests.

Now, the Supreme Court is hearing a case that could bring down yet another pillar of the Voting Rights Act. This case directly affects Alabama’s voters, and our voting power is under serious threat.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had to raise my voice to protect our sacred right to vote, and I know it won’t be the last. But as fed up as I am with our rights being under threat, I won’t stop fighting until they’re secured once and for all.

We have what it takes to protect our right to vote from far-right interests. But it’s going to take all of us coming together to defend Democrats’ House majority if we want to see results.

So if it isn’t too much to ask, will you please chip in $10 right now to help me defend the right to vote?

Thank you. Let’s win this fight.
