The Governor’s Republican opponent thinks she can use personal wealth to buy power in our state, even though she moved here less than one year ago. Right now, our campaign is being outspent because, unlike the Governor, she can afford to dump millions of dollars into her own campaign.

I’m going to cut to the chase here: Our state needs experienced, Democratic leadership to keep Rhode Island’s momentum going over the next four years. 

Our state needs a leader at the helm who knows Rhode Island, who loves Rhode Island, and who is committed to working each day in the best interest of Rhode Island’s families.

Even before he became Governor, my friend Dan McKee dedicated his life to public service here in our state – through the Boys & Girls Club, coaching kids in his hometown, and then serving as Mayor and Lt. Governor.
