About the job
The B&G team is seeking to hire a Maintenance Mechanic 3 (Internal) who will enjoy working with standard hand and power tools performing maintenance, interacting with the building tenants, building automation teams, vendors, contractors, and visitors. You have safe working knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform mechanical maintenance repairs.
This position is responsible for managing, troubleshooting and maintaining the WA state Capitol campus state owned/leased building (s) HVAC water treatment for all water loops and Water fountains. Performs PMS and repairs on water treatment related systems such as cooling towers, hot loops and chilled water systems. The position requires the ability to accurately test and document the critical testing for all hydronic loops on and off the capitol campus.
