In this last quarter of the year, we continue to take on more lawsuits, more investigationsand more public education on behalf of the rule of law. 

And we are winning lawsuits and breaking new ground fighting for the principle “Because no one is above the law!”

We are doing all of this at a very important time for our nation. So I am especially thankful for your past help..and that’s why I am urgently reaching out to you today!

Here are a few specifics:

• We are suing Colorado, New York and Pennsylvania for failing to obey federal law requiring they take reasonable steps to keep their voter registration rolls accurate. “Dirty” voter rolls are an open invitation to voter fraud, and our election law team is now reviewing federal voter data with an eye to challenging even more states over their failure to remove ineligible and inactive names between elections.

• We are exposing the unprecedented attack on the rule of law by the Biden administration’s REFUSAL to enforce our immigration laws.

• We are using state open records laws to expose the widespread misuse of taxpayer dollars to indoctrinate public school students in the Marxist, racist and truly un-American Critical Race Theory (CRT). We also forced the release of documents revealing that even the U.S. Military Academy at West Point is pushing CRT propaganda; and we have also filed FOIA lawsuits against the Defense Department for documents related to alleged CRT instruction at the U.S. Naval Academy and the U.S. Air Force Academy.

• We are fighting for the free speech rights of conservatives, including filing civil rights lawsuits on behalf of teachers fired from their jobs solely because they criticized CRT and other extreme programs. And we recently won a settlement on behalf of one of our teacher clients in Massachusetts!

Indeed, we just filed our sixth active federal lawsuit investigating serious allegations of Biden family corruption, centered around sleazy overseas influence-peddling schemes engineered by Hunter Biden that evidence shows benefitted his father, Joe Biden.
