You’ll have to forgive us for this gimmicky subject line, but today is October 6th, so we’ve got to take advantage and ask you to chip in $6 for IL-06.

Just $6 will help us register thousands of new Democratic voters, canvass neighborhoods across the district, and get people to the polls on Election Day. So, what do you say? Is it a deal?

On a more serious note, there’s a reason why we’re reaching out to you today: we fell short of our FEC end-of-quarter goal last week. 

If we don’t expand our fundraising base now, we’re at risk of being completely drowned out by right-wing special interest cash. It’s sink or swim.

So, we know $6 might not seem like much. But the truth is, grassroots contributions, big and small, helped Sean win this seat twice – and he’s been able to do so much good for our district and our nation because of it.

We can’t let the GOP put a stop to that now. Can we count on you to pitch in $6 to defend IL-06 in November?
