John, we had such a great time this weekend: After three long years, we were finally able to host our annual John Bailey Dinner back in person! It was a fantastic night filled with friends and fellow Democrats uniting behind our vision for Connecticut and building momentum as we head into November 8.

I wanted to reach out to thank everyone who helped make this night so special — we are so humbled and grateful to have your support. We were particularly honored to have House Majority Whip the Honorable James E. Clyburn as our keynote speaker, as he reminded us of the many victories Democrats have delivered for working families — in his words: You will go back to 1965 before you see a Congress that has been productive as this Congress . And, of course, we are so grateful to our incredible delegation of Democratic candidates who are fighting to maintain our Democratic majorities here and in Washington.

This year’s election is going to be the most important of our lifetime. Events like our Annual John Bailey Dinner are so crucial for reminding us why we fight as a party heading into November 8.

When we work together, we improve the lives of the people of Connecticut and beyond.

Thank you,[[link removed]]
