Hello my fellow Conservatives, I wanted to share a few thoughts with you as the Midterm Elections are fast-approaching.

I believe there is a 'trap' being set by the liberals and the media, and they've done this countless times before, and that is their bullying approach to try and force Conservatives/Republicans to apologize for our beliefs.
Follow me here for a minute. In this election cycle, Democrat candidates across the country are running ads attacking their Republican opponents on the issue of abortion - in the wake of the recent Supreme Court decision.

They want Conservatives to back down and hide from being pro-life, and that's absolutely ludicrous. First of all, the Supreme Court decision simply says that voters in each individual state shall decide their laws, rather than some federal decree allowing the termination of the uborn.

And more importantly, why should Conservatives apologize for valuing human life, and fighting for the rights of the unborn? The media and the Left say we're the extremists, when Democrats have pushed for horrific policies including partial birth abortions and harvesting organs from aborted children? Don't let the Left redefine who the real extremists are.

As I mentioned, this isn't the first time the Left and the media have pulled this trick. In past election cycles they said we were the extremists for wanting a secure border, after liberals literally invited migrants and illegal aliens to come flooding across our borders.

And once those illegal immigrants were here, guess what the Democrats proposed: Amnesty, welfare, voting rights, preferred college admission, drivers licenses, etc... Again - the Democrats were the extremists on these issues, but with their allies in the media, they derided Conservatives as the awful people.

And who can forget the gun control debate? Conservatives fight to protect our constitutionally protected 2nd Amendment rights to allow homeowners to defend themselves, and hunters and farmers to own a weapon. But somehow the Left paints Conservatives as the extremists because of some deranged and evil mad men who engage in mass shootings.

Do you notice the trend here? In each case, what the Left does is demonize Conservatives for holding our principled beliefs, and then they demand we apologize for or abandon our principles. And when we acquiesce to their demands, that is how the Left wins.

Fellow Conservatives - our job between now and Election Day is to celebrate our Conservative values and explain to voters why these policies best serve America - and not apologize for the values we cherish.
