Try as he might, Mandela Barnes will not be able to escape the radical plans he’s laid out for Wisconsin. Here’s what we know he supports:

• Releasing HALF of Wisconsin’s prison population
• Defunding the police
• Ending cash bail
• Granting early prison releases
