About the job
This position performs property management level of service within the Buildings and Grounds Division (B&G). The primary focus is providing excellent customer service, facilitating and coordinating daily tenant requests, and building operational (maintenance and repair) needs to assigned property portfolio. The position directly impacts the Department of Enterprise Services (DES) mission to providing tenants in the DES-owned and managed facilities throughout the state with safe, well-maintained, functional buildings and grounds while protecting, preserving, and providing wise stewardship of these valuable state resources, through policy and financial management, leasing, capital improvement and tenant customer service.
