John!
It’s National Voter Education Week, and today is the day to make your plan to vote early and get ready to be an #OctoberVoter. Just like meeting a friend or planning a vacation, it’s better to make a plan in advance. Making a plan to vote early helps ensure that when life happens, you’re still able to make your voice heard in our elections -- so don’t wing it!
Take these steps:
👩💻First, head over to whenweallvote.org/voterhub to check your voter registration status, find your polling place, or request your ballot by mail. If you’re voting early in person, make sure to figure out your transportation!
🔍Second, find the identification you might need to vote, pick out your favorite When We All Vote merch to wear to the polls, and get your voting squad together by texting three friends to join you.
🗳️Third, put your plan into action and cast your ballot early with your voting squad. Make sure to snap a pic and use #VotingSquad when you share with us on social media.
Our elections are too important to risk not being able to make your voice heard. Make your plan to vote early and encourage your friends, family, and neighbors to do the same.
We’ll see you at the polls!
