IJ Is Untangling the Immunity Knots
Since IJ launched our Project on Immunity and Accountability in January 2020, a lot has happened. And as this issue of Liberty & Law shows, we have lots still going on. So it’s worth surveying some of the many issues the Project is focusing on, what they have in common, and how they are different. We start, where the Project did, with qualified immunity.
