Stacey Abrams has been the #1 perpetuator of the
voter suppression myth.

After we defeated her in 2018, she refused to
concede – and used her baseless accusations against Governor Kemp to
launch Fair Fight Action.

Now, nearly four years later, the lawsuit
launched by Fair Fight and its fellow plaintiffs has been FULLY REJECTED
on all counts. According to U.S. District Judge Steve Jones – an Obama
appointee –“the challenged practices violate neither the Constitution
nor the Voting Rights Act.”

Stacey Abrams’ house of cards has come
crashing down. The rule of law has prevailed.

She weaponized the
legal system to achieve her own political goals – costing Georgia
taxpayers more than $6 million while Fair Fight raised more than $100
million, with 90 percent of those funds coming from outside of Georgia!
Today, The Wall Street Journal published an op-ed from Governor Kemp
detailing Stacey Abrams’ baseless allegations, the findings of this
lawsuit, and his work to make it easy to vote and hard to cheat in
Georgia to protect the integrity of our elections.
