Did you hear the news? Once again I am leading the fight for freedom, for the people. 

Last week I led a group of 21 states to fight for religious liberty for our brave men and women of our military. The Amicus Brief I wrote advocates for religious protections against the COVID-19 vaccine mandate imposed on our armed forces. These protections are vital to uphold the Constitution and the rights of the individual airmen fighting back in the 6th Circuit.

I’ve been fighting every day to ensure WE THE PEOPLE have a voice, and our freedoms are protected from ridiculous government mandates.

These courageous fighters should be supported, not forced to get a vaccine against their will. We must fight for them so they can fight for our country!

During the pandemic, egregious lockdowns stripped Kentuckians all across the state of our basic rights. Churches were shut down, businesses were forced to close, unconstitutional mandates were imposed on many and some even lost their jobs because of a government that overstepped the bounds of the role of government. 

Governor Beshear put partisan politics before the rights of hard-working Kentuckians. 

Beshear started these attacks during the pandemic, and he has not stopped. 

But I will not stop fighting for your rights as your Attorney General or as your next Governor.
