Victory! Ninth Circuit Refuses to Close Alien Detention Centers in California

Agreeing with IRLI, the full Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, sitting en banc, struck down a California law that would have ended all alien detention in the state.

IRLI and it's nationwide network of attorneys, Attorneys United for a Secure America (AUSA), both filed friend-of-the-court briefs in Arizona federal district court against taking down an Arizona law requiring state election officials to verify the U.S. citizenship of those applying to vote in federal elections in the state.

U.S. Immigration Policy Is NOT Racist

For years, the anti-borders movement has spread the idea that America needs to greatly expand its influx of foreign nationals, in part because U.S. immigration policy has been and continues to be inherently racist. IRLI recently conducted an extensive analysis of this claim.

Will COVID Expulsions Keep Going?
