Dear John,

Merry Christmas! I hope your holidays are filled with the joy and sweetness of celebrating the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

The Christmas Eve service is one of my favorite church events of the year. Amid all the holiday preparations, programs, and activities, everything settles down for an hour or so, as churches across the world unite in praise and worship, celebrating the birth of Christ.

In many churches, we sing “Silent Night” as the service ends, and there is a hushed excitement and quiet focus on what is most important in life—Christ, family, friends, and the gift of life.

As we spend time this season focusing on the incredible love and sacrifice of our Lord, I want you to know how thankful I am for you and all that God has accomplished this year because of your partnership with Human Coalition. I am so thankful for Christ’s amazing gift of life and how He daily reaches into lives to rescue, redeem, and restore.

And I am very, very grateful for you, John.
