I know you’re busy, so let me summarize what this article says.

Michigan’s state legislature is on the ballot this election, and the results of those state elections could determine the future of democracy in Michigan.

You know I tell it like it is and I don’t exaggerate. There are too many extreme Republican candidates running for state office this year that still, to this day, deny the results of the 2020 election and want to use elected office to make it easier for them to control the results of the 2024 presidential election.

In this election, Michigan voters have the opportunity to flip the state legislature blue and protect our state’s elections from these election deniers. We need to turn out voters in key districts where these races will come down to the margins.

Some of the state’s most competitive state house and state senate districts are in Michigan’s 6th Congressional District. Team Dingell knows this, which is why when we knock on doors to make sure they know I’m on their ballot, we’re also talking to them about the entire ticket.
Michigan is 1 of 4 states that national Republicans are targeting to sway the results of several state house and state senate races. That means they’re dumping a lot of money into these state races.
