Dr. Bob's marketing team here. To keep all of Doc's supporters privy to our objectives and goals in the last month of the election, I thought we'd pop in for an update. You may have seen that Dr. Bob's opponent, Jack Bergman, is starting to advertise again heavily. He plans to buy this election, and they just dumped over half a million dollars into a 30-day media blitz. You won't be able to get away from their ads. There's some good news and bad news. Good News Team Bergman has been slowly eroding the public's trust for nearly six years, and Dr. Bob Lorinser has been building it his whole life. A half a million dollars doesn't erase half a decade of Bergman's atrocious voting record. The other good news is their targeting isn't as nearly as sophisticated as ours, and they're wasting a lot of money. Bad News We can't compete with that dollar amount. We've been raising good money for a year, but Bergman has been raising funds for nearly seven years, and over 1/3 of their cash is from PACs, dark money, and giant corporations. For the past 400 days, we've made critical investments into Doc's brand. We've hit every corner of the district. Bergman thinks he can just swoop in with his Louisiana checkbook and trick voters into overlooking his record. We're not going to let that happen. Right now, our ads are hyper-targeted.
