Right now, woke judges are saying yes.

This summer, the Montgomery County Public School District released guidelines
around gender identity, asserting that students have the “right” to keep their
in-school gender identities private from their parents. Outraged parents sued
the school district.



And this month, a District Court judge ruled against the parents and threw out
the lawsuit — the first ruling of its kind. Similar lawsuits in other parts of
the country are still in progress, but this landmark precedent is likely to
lead the way.

They want to push their unconstitutional, un-American agenda in schools, and
they want to prevent fair judges from putting an end to it.



We can’t let them.



We need judges who respect parental rights, and we will fight prosecutors who
attempt to go after parents defending their children from radical ideology.
