TDLR has received a number of questions about changes to the Barbering and Cosmetology licensing program, and have developed an online, interactive guide that may be helpful in explaining how these changes will affect specific types of licensees. The guide includes information about proposed rules changes that will implement the law that was passed in the 2021 legislative session and a link for those wishing to submit comments about the proposed rules.
