Here's your chance to provide feedback about the OIC website

We are conducting a survey on the Washington state Office of the Insurance Commissioner website (insurance.wa.gov [ [link removed] ]). In exchange for your time, you will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win $500.?

The goal of this survey is to understand any issues with the current website and how it could be improved.
