Shana tova, John.
Before my family and I head out to temple for the Kol Nidre service, I’d like to share some quick thoughts with you on this Yom Kippur.
I look forward to this day as an opportunity to be vulnerable and honest with the people I love, and to move forward into the new year with a clear conscience and an open mind.
Whether or not you’re observing Yom Kippur, I believe it’s always a good day to rebuild bridges and share a little extra compassion with those around us.
Robert, Violette, and I wish you an easy fast and a meaningful Yom Kippur.
With gratitude,
Elaine
P.S. If you’re able, will you chip in chai ($18) or more to support our fight for integrity, accountability, and truth in Washington?
