John,

Momentum is surging against Katie Porter thanks to her repeated corrupt backroom deals and general apathy for ethics. Take a look at what the Orange County Register had to say about the race:

I am proud to receive the endorsement of the OC Register. It’s the latest in a series of terrible headlines for Katie Porter that include:
* “California Rep. Katie Porter trashed Irvine police after they arrested the man she lives with"
* “Katie Porter received royalties from books she required students to purchase during tenure as a law professor”
* “Katie Porter lives in a subsidized ‘glass house’"

John, our campaign has huge momentum here, but the reality of the situation is that we need more resources to make sure voters know about Porter’s missteps.

Right now, I’m being outraised 10 to 1 and that simply can’t continue if we are going to win this race. So, please, will you rush in an urgently needed donation to help us spread the news before voting starts next week?
