At this point in the election cycle, I’ve learned to expect some nastiness in Republican attacks against my campaign and my character. But I have to admit this is a new low: this week, John Gibbs appeared on Steve Bannon’s talk show – again – and Bannon asked this question:

“Are you ready to take on this demon?”

That’s right: my opponent and his allies, including twice indicted felon Steve Bannon, are now publicly referring to me as a “demon.” I need the resources to defend myself against these harmful attacks, and I’m counting on supporters like you to have my back. This conversation is yet another example of John Gibbs having plenty of time to appear with conspiracy theorists and election deniers, but apparently no time to spend with West Michiganders. And if he doesn’t make time for voters now, why should we believe he’ll prioritize West Michigan in Congress?
