Beshear: Ky. will recoup $15 million from Braidy Industries aluminum mill that was never built

FIRST: Matt Bevin blew $15 million in taxpayer dollars on a shady deal for a failed aluminum plant project that NEVER GOT BUILT.

THEN: Andy spent his first three years in office cleaning up the Bevin administration’s messes — putting Kentuckians back on track to success and economic growth.
