Beshear: Ky. will recoup $15 million from Braidy Industries aluminum mill that was never built
|
|
FIRST: Matt Bevin blew $15 million in taxpayer dollars on a shady deal for a failed aluminum plant project that NEVER GOT BUILT.
THEN: Andy spent his first three years in office cleaning up the Bevin administration’s messes — putting Kentuckians back on track to success and economic growth.
NOW: Andy successfully returned the $15 million to the state. The biggest Bevin-cleanup job yet. That $15 million is now ready to be reinvested into something real and beneficial for eastern Kentucky and the Ashland region communities.
Will you chip in to Andy's re-election campaign to help him continue cleaning up Bevin's messes and moving Kentucky forward?
Bevin is allegedly considering another run for the governor’s office in 2023. But, John, we can’t afford another Bevin administration. It already cost Kentuckians far too much.
Let’s make sure Bevin – or any of Andy's eleven Bevin-supporting gubernatorial opponents – doesn’t take Kentucky backward. Andy has spent his first term cleaning up so many of the previous administration’s messes, and we can’t make the same mistakes again.
