A new polling update shows that Arkansas independent voters are supporting Democratic candidates in greater numbers this year than in the past FIVE election cycles. Chris even has a slight lead in the governor’s race among independents:

This poll doesn’t guarantee our victory, but it’s the latest bit of evidence that Chris is gaining some serious momentum statewide. He’s been adamant from the start that our hard work would bear real fruit, and it’s happening at just the right time for our campaign.

Arkansans are clearly tired of the status quo. This recent shift among independent voters away from GOP candidates proves that folks all across the state are ready for real change — in our schools, our healthcare, our economy, and so much more. For too many hardworking folks, our opponent Sarah Huckabee Sanders wouldn’t just be more of the same, she’d be considerably worse.
