???????It is Cybersecurity Awareness Month! Is your business or training institution interested in incorporating a cybersecurity or IT Registered Apprenticeship program? The Maine Department of Labor, in partnership with Safal Partners, is hosting a no-cost webinar for employers and training providers on?Wednesday, October 12 from 9-10 a.m. titled ?Maine Cyber/IT Apprenticeships, A Workforce Solution.?

Registered Apprenticeship?is a structured yet flexible training program designed to meet the specific needs of employers through on-the-job learning and related classroom instruction.?Programs can be sponsored by employers, employer associations, or labor/management groups that can hire and train in a working situation.

In July, the U.S. Department of Labor?announced?a 120-day National Cybersecurity Apprenticeship Sprint. Safal Partners is leading work on the Sprint to?assist employers?in?every?sector?and?industry?build?a?stronger,?more?skilled cyber,?IT?and?tech workforce through Registered Apprenticeship. ?During this webinar, you will hear about the benefits of joining Safal?s National Program Standards as an employer partner. ??
